Is there anything I can put on sores to help dry them out faster???

i never had a cold sore, but I heard Abreva is the best for it. 72 hours or something like that.

yep. there is a cream called Xerese. Its a combo of acyclovir and hydrocortisone. i use that and sometimes abreva
