how should i go about doing this??

Posted in Group:

This guy I've been talking to has constantly been getting in contact with me since last year. We told each other our likes and dislikes. Everything was going great. I told him about what I had. He took weeks to respond. Then he asked questions and I told him about everything. So he use an example like this, so if we were friends with benefits we can still mess around and I can't catch it. He wanted to hang out around midnight, but I couldn't because I had to go to the doctor early the next morning. He's been wanting to take me on dates since last year and now wants to hang out. He constantly text me. Idk what to do because it seems like he's interested but when he use that example I felt like that's all he wanted. He says he wants to date me. So help me out with this, please!!

Ask him, plain and simple.

*guy name* what do you want with me?

And add that you remember he mentionned being friends with benefits once and this is not your cup of tea so if this is what he has in mind he's wasting his time.

Don't be afraid of being assertive with guys. They need CLEAR messages of what you want. A guy that is really interested into you will only respect you for knowing what you want.

Janexyz is right. You should be blunt, straight to the point. What exactly does he want with you. And make sure you can be able to tell if he is giving you an honest answer. You do not have time to be wasting with these guys. It can be stressful too. I hope he wants what you want. Good luck with that.
